15-DAY RETURN POLICY

Our 15-day No Questions asked Money Back Policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with a 100% full refund or exchange and we will also pay for the shipping to and fro.

This feature is not available for International Orders (Orders that will be shipped abroad from India).

This excludes any product that has been designed through our bespoke CUSTOMISATION service, i.e. designed exclusively for our client by  through customization, including engravings, removal of tag; logo etc. in such cases only lifetime exchange policy will be applicable.

We offer FREE Return Shipping. You'll receive complimentary return shipping on all resizing, exchanges, or refunds for all products within the 15-day money back policy. If you prefer just call our customer delight team and we will send a courier over to pick it up from you.

Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy:

We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases made from CaratLush, within India. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchanged basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges and Rs.500 towards processing charges. If you received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable. You can choose to return the free gift as well.

Note -

1. Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than CaratLush shall not be accepted for return. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Exchange and Buy-Back amount of the product.
2. Loss of the original product certificate would result in a deduction of Rs. 500.
3. Return/Exchange not valid for International orders Shipped Outside India (Valid if Shipped In India)
